Running a practice or office?
Business tanks get a visit every two weeks, from R1,200 a month. Your staff never touch the water.
Plans run for at least three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Regular routes cover the southern peninsula. Further out, it's R150 extra a visit. Replacement plants, fish and filter media are charged at shop prices.

Questions about tank care
How often do you visit?
Most planted tanks need a visit every two weeks, because the plants grow fast. Nanos and low-light tanks are fine with one visit a month. Big CO2 tanks may need weekly care. We'll recommend a plan after the first visit.
Do you look after tanks you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a free visit. Then we'll suggest a care plan, or a rescape first if it needs a fresh start.
Is there a contract?
Care plans run for at least three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
What happens if a fish dies?
On a plan, fish we supplied are replaced free. Message us and we'll come out, find the cause and fix it. Losses are rare in a well-kept tank. That's what the visits are for.
What if I go away?
You can pause your plan for up to two months a year. Just tell us before you go.
Can you teach me to do it myself?
Yes. Tank coaching is one 90-minute session at your tank for R650, and we leave you a written routine. See coaching
